It came out on Stay in 2002 and became a Christian radio hit. The title went on to name his memoir in 2011 and the 2020 film about Jeremy and Melissa, with KJ Apa and Britt Robertson. Lyric: "Scattered words and empty thoughts seem to pour from my heart. I've never felt so torn before." ## Walk by Faith 2002, Stay From the same record as I Still Believe, and a Christian radio hit alongside it. The lyric is a vow: keep walking when you cannot see where the road goes. Lyric: "Well, I will walk by faith even when I cannot see, because this broken road prepares Your will for me." ## There Will Be a Day 2008, Speaking Louder Than Before From Speaking Louder Than Before, the 2008 record that earned Jeremy a Grammy nomination for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album. The song is a promise that the pain ends. If Walk by Faith is about the road, this one is about where it goes. Lyric: "There will be a day with no more tears, no more pain, and no more fears." ## Deeper Waters 2024, Deeper Waters The title track of the 2024 album: thirteen songs, produced by Jordan Sapp, recorded in Nashville and released May 17, 2024 on Capitol CMG. The song asks to be taken out past where your feet can touch, and means it. Lyric: "Take me out to the deeper waters; I'm not afraid to follow You." ## Reflector 2026, Single A rock single, released May 8, 2026. Jeremy's own note on it: "At its best, rock music awakens the deadness inside of us. This song was meant to awaken us to the reality of what we are in God's kingdom: His reflectors." Lyric: "Shine it out, shine it out, I'm just a reflector of the light." ## Revival 2026, Single The newest single, out June 26, 2026, and the second of the year after Reflector. Both come ahead of a new album due in February 2027. # Records - Stay (2002) - Carried Me: The Worship Project (2004) - Restored (2004) - Beyond Measure (2006) - Speaking Louder Than Before (2008) - We Cry Out: The Worship Project (2010) - Christmas: God With Us (2012) - Reckless (2013) - I Will Follow (2015) - The Answer (2017) - The Story's Not Over (2019) - When You Speak (2021) - Deeper Waters (2024) # About This is my journey as a child of God ## Lafayette, Indiana (1978 to 1998) A pastor's son in Indiana learned guitar from his father and, in 1996, went west to Bible college in California. (Jeremy Camp, Haven Today, interview recorded March 2020) 2000, life: Melissa's diagnosis. In 2000 Melissa was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. (Jeremy Camp, WNY Papers, September 1, 2022) February 5, 2001, life: Melissa Henning-Camp, 1979 to 2001. The cancer came back soon after their honeymoon. Melissa went to be with Jesus on February 5, 2001. She was 21. "Being on set especially caused me to realize that Melissa's heart to reach one person had become this massive ministry that had already reached millions of people and, through the movie, would reach millions more." (Jeremy Camp, I Still Believe (2020 edition), excerpted in Outreach Magazine) ## Stay (2002 to 2007) His first label record put I Still Believe on Christian radio, and on tour in 2002 he met Adrienne Liesching, who became his wife in December 2003. 2002, life: Adrienne Liesching and The Benjamin Gate. On the autumn 2002 Festival Con Dios tour with the Newsboys, Adrienne was on crutches with a sprained ankle, and Jeremy introduced himself to encourage her. They were engaged in April 2003. "It wasn't love at first sight when Jeremy and I met while on tour in 2002. But when I look at how the Lord brought us together, I can't imagine being married to anyone other than Jeremy."
